1.Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may handle the following:

• Contact details you give us when you book a demo or contact our team, such as your name, email address, phone number and organisation. Demo bookings are handled through our scheduling provider.
• Usage data collected by analytics tools when you browse, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source.
• Information you enter in the Create ABHA form, such as your Aadhaar or mobile number, the OTP, your name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, chosen ABHA address and consent PIN. This is used only to complete your ABHA enrolment (see the section on ABHA below).
• Messages you send us and any other information you choose to share.

2.Creating an ABHA through this site

ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) is issued under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) run by the National Health Authority (NHA). When creating an ABHA is available on this site, your details are sent securely to ABDM systems so that your ABHA can be created. ABDM and the NHA process that information under their own rules and policies.

We do not store your Aadhaar number or your OTPs, and we do not keep your consent PIN. Your health records linked to an ABHA can be accessed only with your informed consent.

While the form is shown in demonstration mode, it is not connected to ABDM: no ABHA is created and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

3.How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries, schedule and run demos, and provide the services you ask for.
• To create your ABHA when you ask us to, and to show you the result.
• To understand how the site is used, fix problems and improve our content and products.
• To keep the site secure and prevent misuse or fraud.
• To meet our legal obligations.

4.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:

• ABDM and the National Health Authority, when you create or use an ABHA.
• Service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting, analytics and scheduling providers, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor organisation, if our business is reorganised or transferred, with the same protections for your information.

5.Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics, to understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then work less well.

6.Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it. We use technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so please protect your own devices, OTPs and PIN.

7.Your rights and choices

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:

• ask for access to the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent you have given;
• nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf, and make a complaint about how your information is handled.

8.Children

This site is meant for adults. Where an ABHA is created for a child, it should be done by a parent or legal guardian, and we handle that information with the same care.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
