1.What we provide

This website gives information about RevMaxx Voice AI products and about India's digital health programmes such as the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and PM-JAY, and offers tools such as a form to create an ABHA. The information is general and is not medical, legal or financial advice.

2.Creating an ABHA

An ABHA is issued and managed by ABDM and the National Health Authority (NHA), not by us. When you create an ABHA, you also agree to the terms and policies set by ABDM and the NHA. We only help you submit your request, and we cannot guarantee that an ABHA will be issued.

By ticking the checkbox on the form, you confirm that you consent to your details being used to create your ABHA, and that you are entitled to do so.

3.Eligibility and accurate information

• You must be a resident of India and able to enter into a binding agreement, or be acting for a child or dependant as their parent or legal guardian.
• You must give information that is true, accurate and your own. Do not use another person's Aadhaar or mobile number without their permission.

4.Your responsibilities

• Keep your OTPs, consent PIN and ABHA details confidential, and tell us and ABDM at once if you suspect misuse.
• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, and no unlawful, fraudulent or harmful use.
• You are responsible for anything done using your credentials.

5.Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6.Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes, but you may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.

7.Third-party services and links

The site links to or relies on third-party services, including ABDM and NHA websites and scheduling and analytics providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8.Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Government schemes, figures, eligibility rules and incentives can change, so please check official sources before you rely on anything here.

9.Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or for any failure or delay caused by ABDM, the NHA or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.Changes and suspension

We may update these terms, and change or suspend any part of the site, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
